Anyway, there really isn't much of anything interesting about Jotunns. Seeing as I've yet to talk to one, or see one in person, they're still fairy tale monsters to me. Like hobgoblins.

Anyway, we were talking of history. On Midgard - Earth- they only teach Earth's history. At least, that is how it was in the times I visited a late friend, William. A writer. William Shakespeare, you may have read something we wrote.
But. I suppose you know really nothing of other 8 Realms. Worry not. I will tell you everything.
The Nine Realms are mostly safe from outside threats of large scale - and even inside threats of such scale. That is thanks to the fact that our great army, the Asgardian army, has conquered the Nine Realms. Millenia ago. Here and there to rule as benevolent kings over your weaker Realms, the Kings you needn't even pay much tribute to. Because we can be gentle to the weak when needed.
Humans had known that, once. You can see, if you just read myths. You can find my Father in those myths - and even me.
[Sighs softly.] One, you humans were grateful. But you forget fast. That is fine, I guess.
[Peter listens to him, studying the man who is to be his husband, as he talks about the history of The Nine Realms. Wondering if the man found himself distracted at all... just like Peter was.]
I am sure there are still grateful humans out there.
[Loki says, while undressing. If this is all too fast - well then, he can always stop, no harm done, can he not? And besides, if this is his fiance and supposedly his husband to be, then there was nothing ill-mannered about this.]
[Peter smiles, his eyes taking in every inch of Loki as the other man undresses him. He was a little cautious... not sure what courting rules there were for Asgardians. But Loki seemed to be taking control of the situation.]
Obviously. That's my parents' genes. It is in my blood. If I wasn't beautiful, people would think me a changeling of true child. And so would I. Ah, just jesting.
[But the youngest son of Frigga and Odin sounds very, very pleased at the compliment anyway, despite its proclaimed 'obviousness'.]
[And with sudden feeling, he leans closer and kisses Peter. It's not a shy kiss at all, it's like somebody's who hungered for one, if maybe not from exact source... for a year or three.]
[Peter tightens his grip on Loki, holding the other man closer, when the kiss lands. He returns the hungered kiss with one full of passion and promise]
Sometimes I will. Don't you forget you're marrying the God of Mischief, one who inspired many a mischievious sprite in your Midgardian literature. And proud of it.
Worry not, at least your short Earthly life will not be boring.
Hopefully not too short. Maybe that whole mutation of yours will be good for something, hmm? How are we supposed to make family if your life be so humanly fleeting?
Although... there is something exciting about that. Unlike with others, I cannot, say, date you on and off every fifty years. No... if we do anything, we do it now. And if you're memorable, you have the assurance of living on in my memory - for a few millenia of my life.

[Loki blushes. The blush looks somewhat purplish, not red. And for a split seconds before he closes them in pleasure like a cat.. are Loki's eyes suddenly not quite green, but having a bit of a reddish hue? Or is that just a trick of light?]
